LOCAL 84-

A special meeting has been called by the executive board for Monday, July 13, 2026, @530pm. This will take place at the Belding Theater followed by a short film made by Sister Brianna Bagley.

The ONLY purposes of this meeting are to discuss and vote on three items:

1. The Transfer request of Alexander Zeek, who is a current member of Local 122, but has moved to CT and currently works at Goodspeed. In keeping with our deadline of waiving fees, we should waive his transfer fee.
2. 2nd Reading of the proposed work rule change to coincide with new protocols established by Labor Linc App and our use of it.
3. Discussion and Vote on successor agreement with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra.
